Meditate. Practice. Connect.
Parenting is messy. There is so much joy mixed with so many challenges. The cocktail of rage, confusion, guilt, and love you feel on any given day can make your head spin - especially during quarantine. Meditation can help. These sessions (you can join as many or as few as you want) will help you learn how to manage the complex emotions that we parents feel as we navigate life with our little ones. Each class will include meditation guidance, practice, and processing to connect to others and feel less alone in the struggle.
What you'll get:
- Please make sure that you have a strong internet connection.
- It's best to use headphones, or bluetooth speakers paired with your computer.
