Because parenting can be a bit messy...
Space for parents to
Meditate. Practice. Connect.
Parenting is messy. There is so much joy mixed with so many challenges. The cocktail of rage, confusion, guilt, and love you feel on any given day can make your head spin - especially during quarantine. Meditation can help. These sessions (you can join as many or as few as you want) will help you learn how to manage the complex emotions that we parents feel as we navigate life with our little ones. Each class will include meditation guidance, practice, and processing to connect to others and feel less alone in the struggle.
We will navigate, learn and grow
throughout this series using the RAIN Method:
R: Recognize (recognize what is happening)
A: Allow (allow the experience to be there, as it is)
I: Investigate (investigate with interest and care)
N: Nurture (nurture with self-compassion)
After the RAIN: rest in the natural openness and spaciousness of your mind.
